Membership Rules:

 - Members must be 21 or older and present proper ID when    applying, except at DeJope Gaming, where you must be 18 or    older.

 - It is the responsibility of the cardholder to report any club    card problems to a Player registration representative or Slot    Technician.

 - It is the member's responsibility to properly insert the card
   into the card reader, and to make certain your name registers.    Tablegame players must present their card to the Pit or Floor    person.

 - Valid ID is required when redeeming points and comps.

 - Rewards club cards are non-transferable.

 - Rewards club benefits are reserved for active members only.    Accounts with no activity in the past 13 months are deleted    and all points and comps are forfeited.

 - All cards are property of the casino/bingo hall and must be    returned upon request.

 - Misuse of cards will result in cancellation of club membership    and forfeiture of all points and comps.

 - Member use of the Rewards club card indicates acceptance of    club conditions and rules.

 - Each casino/bingo hall reserves the right to change or alter    this promotion at any time.

 - Each casino/bingo hall is not responsible for lost cards, slot    points or comps due to machine malfunction.

 - All point/comp adjustments are at the discretion of    management.

 - Rules may vary with specific promotions.
